HouseFlowUSA collects information you provide when creating an account, requesting help, or using our real estate platform. This may include your name, email address, phone number, property details, preferences, uploaded documents, inquiries, appointment information, and communications. Our hosting and authentication services also process technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as session information and request logs.

How we use information

We use information to manage accounts, respond to requests, coordinate requested services and appointments, maintain records, improve the platform, and prevent misuse. If you separately opt in to SMS, we use your mobile number for customer service messages about your inquiries, showing appointments, and requested real estate service updates.

SMS choices and privacy

Providing a phone number does not by itself subscribe you to text messages. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an account or purchasing services. Message frequency varies. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that help us operate and deliver messages may process this information only as needed to provide those services.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use providers for hosting, account authentication, data storage, email, and communications. They may process information needed to provide their services. We may share information with professionals involved in services you request, when you direct us to do so, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or prevent fraud. This does not authorize third-party marketing use of your mobile number or SMS consent.

Sessions, retention, and security

We use browser storage and session technologies to keep you signed in and remember settings. We retain information as needed to provide services, keep consent and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
